30-Day Service Fee Refund Guarantee

We stand behind our service. If you do not see an improvement in your booked jobs or lead capture within the first 30 days of using ConvertYourCalls, we will refund 100% of your monthly software/service fee.

Important Note: Third-party telecom usage costs (such as minutes used, phone numbers, or SMS segments) are non-refundable as they are hard costs paid directly to telecom providers.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee, please contact our support team at team@convertyourcalls.com within 30 days of your initial purchase. Please include your account details and a brief explanation of why the service did not meet your expectations.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current month.
