Yes, anytime. Most people start on Starter or Growth, see the ROI, and upgrade within 90 days. Upgrading is immediate. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle. However, please note that downgrading from the Growth or Pro plans will immediately disable custom integrations which were done during the onboarding process for appropriate plan. Re-enabling these custom setups in the future will require a re-setup fee to cover our engineering time.
Your AI will never stop answering calls. If you exceed your plan's included limits, you will be billed a simple pay-as-you-go overage rate: $0.19 per additional AI Voice Minute, and $0.03 per additional SMS or Text Message. You can upgrade your tier at any time to get a better rate.
